O2 Sales Support

Each year Lites Group, on behalf of O2, visit a large number of retail outlets in Ireland, placing a range of point-of-sale items including Window Decals, Display Handsets and Posters.

Using the O2 XDA, O2's integrated mobile phone and pocket PC, combined with Lites Group's proprietary reporting software, each event is photographically recorded and data captured digitally. This information is instantly available to the O2 Marketing and Sales teams via the Internet. Lites Group's speed of response allows O2 to remain constantly abreast of their campaigns, helping them to react rapidly to their customer needs.

Lites Group currently have 12 staff employed full-time to carryout this campaign. All staff are fully trained in all aspects of merchandising, as well as having marketing and sales experience.
